Based on the principles of sustainable development, high quality and aesthetics, we search for modern and at the same time optimal design solutions. We design using BIM methodology, which is standard in our studio.

Our team includes experienced BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers and BIM Data Analysts. We have implemented appropriate standards and regularly conduct trainings not only improving proficiency of using BIM software but also explaining sense of BIM methodology to some of our clients and creating project BIM goals.

Moreover, we frequently discuss the latest trends and potential obstacles and quickly implement future solutions, thanks to which our projects will stand out on the market and guarantee the business sucess of our clients, as well as ensure the timelessness of our projects. Our team consists of people with extensive knowledge gained from consulting and development companies and completed additional studies (also at foreign universities). Thanks to this, we have deep-dive knowledge, which is useful at every stage of the investment and is helpful during discussions with clients and at the construction site.

We are able to add extra information to BIM objects relevant for sustainability certification in order to provide necessary quantity schedules from models to the consultant that is responsible for sustainability certification of the project. We are able (if agreed in BIM Level of Information Requirements) to add clear and standardized labeling and extra information to materials used in building components in order to deliver a BIM Model suitable for Life-Cycle Assessment. For BREEAM certification, we can calculate the carbon footprint of an investment.

Using new design technologies, such as algorithm-aided design, we take into account spatial and facade solutions that reduce energy consumption at the early conceptual stages. Creating parametric environmental analyses and daylight/energy models for a specific project allows us to explore thousands of possible solutions and optimize the building in terms of efficiency in terms of heating/cooling/artificial lighting loads. Use of algorithms also provides us with the possibility of exploring façade designs options of complex geometries if needed.

We use newest tools to calculate the building's carbon footprint, to simulate the energy performance of the building, to simulate the thermal performance of the façades and to calculate the need for lifts, so that the building is economical to maintain and easy to manage. In the design process, together with our clients, we look for solutions and materials that fit into the principles of the circular economy.
