Szymon Wojciechowski is an architect with over thirty years of experience, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and the University of Detroit (USA), a member of the Mazovian Regional Chamber of Architects. Since 1982. Affiliated with APA Wojciechowski - currently APA Wojciechowski sp. z o.o., in which he serves as President of the Board. His many years of experience combined with his love and passion for creating beautiful shapes allows him to design unique buildings with high functionality. Author or co-author of many well-known architectural projects, including: Elektrownia Powiśle, Skyliner, The Park Warsaw, Lantern and Port (Port of Prague), Galeria Północna in Warsaw, Riverview, Format, Officyna and Alchemia in Gdansk, Kielecka 2 (K2) in Gdynia, Business Garden Wroclaw and Centrum Południe in Wroclaw, Nova Silesia in Katowice and The Park Krakow, UNIT.City in Kyiv, Lviv.Tech.City in Lviv, White Square Office Center and White Gardens Office Center in Moscow. Witold has been working at the APA Wojciechowski Architects studio since 1997, where he holds the position of architect, partner and board member. While studying at the Warsaw University of Technology, at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, he obtained higher education, obtaining in 1996 a master's degree in architectural engineering. The topic of his diploma thesis was the project of a rehabilitation center for people with post-accident injuries. Taking part in a student exchange program, he also studied at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Detroit Mercy in the United States Of America. In 2009, he obtained building qualifications to design without restrictions in the architectural specialty. In 2009, he completed one-year project management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Witold Dudek is a member of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP). Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the Faculty of Economics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and postgraduate studies in ESG in construction at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. She has held the qualifications of BREEAM Assessor since 2010 and LEED GA since 2021 Green House Certification Auditor. Member of the Green Building Standard certification verification committee. She has participated in many award-winning projects that meet the high requirements of building certification.

Partner, Member of Management Board, COO. Since 2019, she has been associated with the APA Wojciechowski Architects studio. A graduate of the Higher School of Finance and Management in Warsaw, majoring in Marketing Management of an Enterprise. Anna also completed studies at the Academy of Special Pedagogy in Warsaw. She gained experience in the architectural studios MKC ARCHITEKCI and BBGK ARCHITEKCI, performing management functions in areas closely related to the operational functioning of the company, including managing the negotiation process with the Client, planning project budgets and the entire organization. Winner of the Builder Super Power Award in 2022.

She has been managing the APA Wojciechowski Tricity branch since september 2024. She graduated the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She gained professional experience in architectural design offices in Wrocław and Warsaw. In 2024, she began postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has worked on projects for office buildings, multifunctional facilities, and residential buildings, and has also been involved in capacity analyses and competitions, including DOKI-Office in Gdańsk, Nova Silesia in Katowice, as well as Maxa Borna and B10 in Wrocław, and Riverview II in Gdańsk

Małgorzata Olczak has been working at APA Wojciechowski Architects since 1997, where she holds the position of financial director. A graduate of the University of Banking, Finance and Management (Wyższa Szkoła Bankowości, Finansów i Zarządzania) - specialization in corporate finance and accounting, and the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of Management in the field of accounting and finance. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in improving the application of computer science and information technology. Since 2004, she has an accounting certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance.

At the Gdynia branch of APA Wojciechowski, he participated in the design of the Aldi office headquarters in Katowice, residential and office developments Droszyńskiego II, Droszyńskiego III and Doki in Gdańsk, as well as Maxa Borna in Wrocław. At APA Wojciechowski, he mainly focuses on capacity analyses and the early stages of design. He is proficient in Polish and English and has a basic command of Portuguese language. Privately, he is a maritime sailor and sailing instructor.

Aleksandra has been working at APA Wojciechowski Architects as an architect since 2021, graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Bialystok University of Technology, a passionate about architecture, interior architecture, design and, privately, fashion. She is also currently studying applied design at ViaModa in Warsaw. Awarded in many architectural and artistic competitions, she sealed her achievements so far with the Award of the Mayor of the City of Elk in 2020 for her master's thesis. She also completed an internship abroad at 314 Architecture Studio in Athens as part of the Erasmus+ program. In the office of APA Wojciechowski Architekci, she is currently working on a project for LPP in Gdansk. Previously, she also participated in the design of a timber-framed office building for SYLVA and many others.

Monika graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Gdańsk University of Technology in 2020. The topic of her master's thesis was the Revitalization of the Dragoon Barracks in Olsztyn. During her studies, she was active in the Universal Design scientific club - she co-organized workshops, accessibility audits, and is the author of scientific papers on humanitarian architecture. She gained experience in Poland and abroad, working in an architectural studio in Estonia, where she had the pleasure of co-creating designs for educational institutions in Finland, which significantly influenced her design process.  Her dream is to design spaces that have a positive impact on people and the environment. Privately, Monika paints with watercolors, crochets, travels in a camper - she loves exploring new places. She develops both in the field of architecture and interiors, from the conceptual to the implementation stage. Monika participated in, among others, the following projects: Archipelag Łeba, Riverview II, Droszyńskiego, Max Born Street project.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Gdańsk University of Technology, she also studied in Spain at the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura de Granada. Katarzyna completed postgraduate studies in Total Design management at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and the Institute of Industrial Design. She has building qualifications to design without restrictions in the architectural specialty.  At APA Wojciechowski Architects, Katarzyna Burny mainly takes care of residential, hotel and conservation projects. She carries out investments through all design stages, from concept to author's supervision. The projects she worked on included the Docks (Doki) in the Port Praski project, Masterplan for the Teutonic Castle in Świecie, hotel building at Miodowa Street in Warsaw, Hotel Altus in Poznań, Boutique Praski Hotel in Warsaw. Marta is an architect specializing in the automation of design processes, working with APA Wojciechowski Architects since 2023. She has gained professional experience at studios such as JAZ+ Architekci, Archigraf, and ProArt Architectural and Conservation Studio. Marta is the author of scientific publications focusing on structural optimization, bionic structures in architecture, and automation. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and completed the international Architecture for Society of Knowledge program. She also studied at the Faculty of Architecture at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. In her spare time, Marta continues to expand her knowledge in data management, programming, and computer science. She actively develops her skills in Python and has completed various courses, including Computational Design, GIS, Digital Fabrication, and Robotics at the WUT. She is currently enrolled in Harvard University’s CS50 program in computer science.

Katarzyna studied at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Warsaw University of Technology.   As a team member and coordinator, she participates in design work from concept to implementation. She took part in many award-winning projects, including: Galeria Północna in Warsaw, the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław, the Barceló Warsaw Powiśle in Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use complex in Warsaw, the TR Warszawa theater in Warsaw, the Skyliner II office building in Warsaw. Her portfolio is complemented by designs of residential and PRS buildings, revitalizations and arrangements of office buildings. In addition to design work, Katarzyna supports the team in the field of BIM standards and solutions. She is fluent in Revit.

Winner of the Pomeranian District Chamber of Architects award: ‘Diploma of the Year’. Justyna has construction qualifications in the architectural specialty for unlimited design. She worked, among others, on projects in Warsaw (Hotel Raffles Europejski Warsaw, Skyliner, RE:SET multi-family building complex, DSV office building, Museum of Modern Art, Apartamenty Harfowa), Gdańsk (Eternum office building, Riverview 2) and others. In his free time she paints pictures.

In 2018, she earned her Master's degree in Civil Engineering, choosing BIM as her field of specialization. In 2019, she graduated with a Master of Science in Architecture from Cracow University of Technology. As part of the Erasmus+ exchange program, she spent a semester at Università Iuav di Venezia. She gained professional experience at the Brach studio in Krakow and the DWAA Architects office in Warsaw, working on projects such as the Warsaw West Station. In 2016, Agnieszka Krudowska graduated with an engineering degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2020, she obtained a master's degree in Information Architecture, where she developed, among others, research skills, visual programming and optimization. In 2024, Agnieszka completed inter-faculty ‘Interdisciplinary BIM’ postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, where, among others, she gained knowledge in the field of open standards, information flow in BIM processes and coordination of industry models. She participates in the international mentoring program Women in BIM. She participated in international student exchanges within the ATHENS program at TU Delft and Politecnico di Milano, as well as courses in parametric design, fabrication and 3D printing. She worked in Warsaw architectural studios such as JAZ+Architekci, WWAA and BIT CREATIVE, as well as the international engineering company ILF Consulting Engineers. Wojciechowski has been working at APA Wojciechowski Architects since 2022, participates in the design of PRS apartments and residential projects.

Aleksandra Krupska has been working at APA Wojciechowski Architects since 2019, and has been an architect since 2020. Additionally, she is responsible for Social Media in the Tricity branch of the studio. Since 2024, Aleksandra is also a BIM Coordinator and supports other team members with her BIM knowledge.  While studying at the Białystok University of Technology and the Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Architecture, Aleksandra Krupska obtained a higher education, obtaining the title of architectural engineer in 2019, and then a master's degree in architecture in 2020. Taking part in the ERASMUS + program, she completed an internship at an architectural office in Madrid. Aleksandra completed training in the use of programs such as Revit, Archicad and 3ds Max. Anna Kurowska has over 19 years of professional experience in the architectural industry. Associated with APA Wojciechowski Architects, where she currently serves as a project manager. Anna specializes in sustainable office buildings. For years, she has been researching the impact of architecture on humans, their development, well-being and everyday functioning. When creating its projects, it puts emphasis on improving the quality of urban spaces through sustainable architecture and conscious shaping of space using the potential and needs of the local community. During her professional career, she co-created projects in Poland, including The Park Warsaw, The Park Kraków, Centrum Południe Wrocław, Fabryka PZO II, and abroad, including White Gardens Office Center. She co-created many projects awarded with BREEAM, LEED and WELL certificates. Every day, Anna focuses on good teamwork based on communication and active listening. She deals with the introduction of artificial intelligence in interior design. She is the core of the R&D team in the studio. In her free time, she creates 3-dimensional, multi-layer, illuminated paper paintings.

She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, where she earned her higher education, earning her Master of Architecture degree with distinction in 2018.  She also received her doctoral degree there in 2024. She participated in an international student exchange program with the University of Detroit Mercy in the US and a doctoral research trip to Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. In 2023, she obtained an architectural license to design without limitations from MOIARP. She is interested in the subject of sustainable construction, including the closed loop economy. She implements her interests both in practice, practicing her profession as an architect, and in theory, as a teaching and research fellow at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. She took part in the design of such buildings as Elektrownia Powiśle (Barceló Warsaw Powiśle Hotel, office buildings), The Park Warsaw and Neo Natolin. The subject of her master's thesis was the architectural project "[NON-]EXISTENT BORDERS", referring to the growing phenomenon of closing borders, restoring control and building walls in the world and in Poland. Its aim was to explore and deepen the role of architecture as a tool with a multidimensional impact on political, economic and social relations. The project received several awards, including being recognized as the Best Diploma of the Year by the Kraków Branch of SARP and winning 1st place in the 26th International Competition for Diploma Projects of Graduates of Higher Schools of Architecture and Design (experimental design category). She gained professional experience in design offices in Japan (Isozaki, Aoki & Associates / AAarchitects), Canada (Chris Doray Studio) and the United States (SHO Architecture).

Anastasiia Volyk has been working at the APA Wojciechowski Architects studio since 2018, where she serves as a 3D Graphic Designer. Anastasiia graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Gdańsk University of Technology, obtaining a master's degree in architecture in 2018. She is fluent in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, and has a basic knowledge of French. A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2016) and Postgraduate Public Relations Studies organized by the College of World Economy of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw (2018). In the first years of his professional career, he gained experience during internships in renowned law firms. In the years 2017-2020, he worked in an international real estate company - White Star Real Estate - where he was involved, among others, in the opening of Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use project in Warsaw. Participant of numerous events and conferences, author of industry articles. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Polish Public Relations Association (PSPR). Member of the Management Board of the educational foundation Key To The Future Foundation.
