DOKI-Office is part of the multifunctional DOKI investment implemented in Gdańsk on the historic, post-shipyard areas by two local developers who are leaders in their market segments. Euro Styl from the Dom Development Group, the largest residential developer in Poland, is responsible for the residential part (DOKI Living) and the service part (MONTOWNIA – a historic, revitalized building with unique architecture). Torus company, specializing in commercial construction, is carrying out the office and service part (DOKI Office).

DOKI-Office will include two buildings with a total rental area of ​​nearly 38.000 sq m. A friendly space has been designed around them, focusing on city life, conducive to relaxation and employee integration. The ground floors of the buildings will be intended for various types of services. An example is an artistic café with a garden, which will be created in cooperation with local artists.
