The main idea of the Port II project was to create cozy premium class apartments with a stunning view of the panorama of Warsaw as well as the National Stadium (Stadion Narodowy) and Lighthouse & Port project.

The building has a reinforced concrete-slab-column structure and its spatial stiffness is ensured by the shafts of five staircases with acoustic insulation.  The facade of the project is made of the highest quality materials: colored clinker, panels and aluminium elements. Wooden windows were installed. The investment has a convenient and safe underground car park.

Our goal when designing its interiors was to make their appearance representative and timeless.
