White Square Office Center is a three-building, prime Class-A office complex with 75.000 of rentable area, located between Garden Ring and the Third Ring in one of the most desirable business district of Moscow, Russia. It is only 10 metres from Belorusskaya metro station and just a few minutes from the Kremlin by car. The complex is adjacent to Nikolai Chudotvorets Church.

In 2013 White Square Office Center was acquired by O1 Properties, the deal was named the largest involving single asset throughout the history of Russian commercial real estate market.

Several streets inside the complex are intended exclusively for pedestrian traffic. The large fountain is an attraction for office workers, Moscow residents and tourists.
