GDPR Information
According to Art. 14 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), we would like to inform you that the administrator of the personal data provided by you is APA Wojciechowski sp. z o.o., ul. Kamionkowska 32, 03-805 Warsaw, Poland. In addition, we would like to inform you that:
- Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the concluded contract or to conclude it with the contractor by APA Wojciechowski sp. z o.o. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (i.e. Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), understood as ensuring the proper performance of the contract with the contractor, as well as activities related to building business relationships, including the organization of the events organized or sponsored by is APA Wojciechowski sp. z o.o.

- Your personal data in the scope of: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address have been provided to us by our contractor, who i salso you employer or principal.
- Your data will be processed for the duration of the contract between the administrator and his contractor, and after its completion within the time limits specified by law, including accounting, and until the claims under the contract ar activities aimed at concluding the contract are time-barred.
- You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing and the right to object to processing.
- Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on our behalf, including IT service providers, external accounting and billing offices – where such entities proces data on the basis of an entrustment agreemenet and only in accordance with our instructions as the administrator. Personal data may also be processed by authorized persons, such as employees and associates of APA Wojciechowski sp. z o.o. and transferred to state authorities authorized under separate provisions for the purpose of their proceedings, Poczta Polska S.A., courier companies and entities from the administrator’s capital group.
- As part of our business relations, your data as authorized representatives of the company and the data of contact persons are necessary for the implementation of our business relations and the contractual obligations related to them.
In particular, anti-money laundering (AML) laws require us to verify your identity before establishing a business relationship.
Your personal data will not be subject to automatic decision making, including profiling related to automatic decision making.
